They are very careful about cross contamination. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease. It is a buffet. I told my waitress I have celiac disease and she sent a manager to my table. He brought me out a full gluten free menu of everything safe for me. He also brought me fresh food from the kitchen that hasn’t been on the buffet line.
