The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac. Everything fried is gf, all breaded items are made with gf flour base or gf panko. Had crab cakes for the first time in years since my diagnosis. The lobster bisque was delicious, and the lobster roll on gf roll topped off my meal. So, so happy and safe.
