Not knowledgeable at all, said they had options that were gluten free but wouldn’t check to see what they were when I asked. They said that wings with no sauce on it was gluten free. I later asked someone at the front what was gluten free and there was a list labeling what was or wasn’t. On that list it boldly stated that wings are cross contaminated. Make sure to ask the hostess for the list to see what was or not safe. Limited options regardless.
