The Old Cunucu House

didn’t get sick and the fish was great. lots of option that are safe BUT staff seemed completely aware about allergies. i kept asking about cross contamination, and the waitstaff kept saying if i don’t like it i can get something else. not how it works!! also suggested i shouldn’t get certain food because of cheese since they thought cheese has gluten.

The servers are very knowledgeable, and able to suggest multiple items that are gluten free. It’s a very local homey atmosphere, different from the palm beach scene. More relaxed, quiet, slower pace. Would recommend the keeshi yena!

We are celiac and have dairy and shellfish allergies between my husband and me. This place was AMAZING. It is a hidden gem. It's a most. The people were so friendly came to our table several times to chat and see what else we needed. Food is made to order. The waitress was also the manager. She was the cook and bartender that night as well. She had cactus margaritas as a drink special that night and made different colors for us. I had the snapper it was so good I can't say enough about this place other than find it and go!
