This is a scratch kitchen with a menu that changes quarterly. Gluten free items are marked on the menu, and the wait staff is very attentive and willing to ask whenever they don’t know something. The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is unique and beautiful while also being historic. What they did with the old jailhouse made for a fun atmosphere. I ate here a few weeks ago and craved the food since then, so I came back. The pork belly, beet and mozzarella, pork tenderloin, steak, and hot and spicy Brussels sprouts are all delicious. The chef baked the Brussels sprout’s special just so we could try it. Keep in mind all fried items are off limits without modifications. Highly recommend. This is my new favorite restaurant!
