I have to agree with Janet. The dough is definitely prepared in a shared kitchen. . plus, all the flour that's in the air that inevitably winds up in the pizza. There is no dedicated area that the dough is prepared in. Not safe for celiacs. . :-( Bald Strawberry in Melbourne is much better and the only place I trust
