their gluten free personal pizza is delicious, and the staff are wonderful! they explained that their gluten free pizzas crusts are baked in their own disposable trays and don't come into contact with any of the same surfaces as the traditional dough. I am not celiac but I do have gluten sensitivity, so I don't get sick as easily as people with severe celiac disease. and everyone else with me is so grateful to get an authentic NY pizza so far from home (brooklyn)!
