Review of The Original Bizzarro Famous New York Pizza

When I asked how they handled cross contamination I was told they have been making GF pizza for 2 years and nobody has ever been sick but I really didn't get an answer. So, I asked another gentleman and he said they have separate utensils, sauce, cheese, oven ect. That, plus the reviews made me feel somewhat confident. (As we all know it is always a risk) Well....either they are not aware, were not truthful or I am the first to get sick, sick, sick to the point of dehydration!!!! There is no doubt there was wheat involved. I always appreciate a restaurant that makes the effort to have a GF menu but I do want Celiacs to know there is a real risk to eating at this restaurant. It is now 3 days later and while I feel better than I did on Sunday I am still not right. My husband made them aware hoping they will review their practices on how to prepare the food to be safe for Celiacs.
