Great local bbq place, down home interior, nice place to chill out with family. Huge dining room in the back for parties. The food here is terrific, good memories from days gone by, but now all we can eat are the veggies, the pulled pork and bunless burgers (aka burger steaks). We asked and the pulled pork has GF vinegar, GF Texas Pete sauce and red pepper added. Alas the bbq chicken we cannot partake as their homemade barbecue sauce contains Worcestershire sauce that’s not gluten-free (the cashier checked the bottle). But the collard greens, turnip greens, and boiled potatoes are good to go. As are the candy yams.
