They did have corn tortilla chips. I initially ordered a taco that was corn based but they said it was cooked on the same grill. Our server recommended the redfish (definitely an upsell) and it was excellent. It was cooked in tin foil so it was not cross contamination. Overall, be careful but there are options (ceviche is another one)

The website has a gluten sensitive menu, definitely not gluten free. Staff/kitchen doesn’t care to make accommodations. Chips are in shared fryer and corn tortillas on same griddle. I order carnitas with rice and refried beans, which seemed to be the only safe option on the gluten sensitive menu. Would not recommend for an enjoyable GF experience.

Ninfa’s unfortunately marinates their meat in soy sauce which is not gluten free.
