Review of The Original Pancake House

They don’t have a gluten-free menu but I called in advance and talked to the kitchen manager who said to let him know when I got to the restaurant. He came out to talk to me and assured me he would cook my omelette in a freshly washed frying pan and would cook my gluten free pancakes in a separate frying pan. The bacon was safe cuz it was cooked on a separate griddle. I got the corned beef, Swiss cheese and onion omelette. Everything was delicious! I felt safe eating here.
