Review of The Original Pancake House

Had the gluten free pancakes here and they were AMAZING. Super light and fluffy, fantastic flavor, didn’t fall apart immediately. They also have the ability to make it into a waffle (not shown on the menu) which our waitress said is her favorite even though she doesn’t have a need to eat GF, and GF crepes (also not on the menu). That being said, I did verify that they do not have a dedicated cook top or waffle maker just for GF. While they try to keep different kinds of foods in different sections on the cooktop, and they can scrape the cooktop, they can’t guarantee no cross contamination. Which means nothing here is truly “celiac friendly” for those who are highly sensitive.
