Unreliable. If they are “too busy” they say they will not stop to clean the griddle, etc.
I want to find wonderful diner to eat breakfast with family. I ate here two times. 1st time I didn’t have any problems. 2nd time, It’s been over a week. I been so so sick.
Soooo many gluten free options, forgot to specify gluten free toast with my order and the waiter came back to check since I had previously mentioned a gluten intolerance. So many options and they really cater to your needs.

Would not recommend. feels like i’m an inconvenience. I’m just trying to make sure the waitress understands that i have celiac and cross contamination is very important. not a fan.
Gluten free pancakes, waffles, & french toast and they are delicious! Staff is very careful & cleans before preparing gf dishes! I have always had great experiences with the Penfield location.
Had a gluten free chocolate chip pancake - dare I say it was better than the regular one?? Fluffy and airy!
Delish gf pancake and home fries. I am celiac, I had no issues.
Gluten free options for pancakes (love cakes), waffles, and french toast. Great options for omelets as well.
They have gluten free menu items but the wait staff is rude and said the kitchen can’t stop and clean anything.
They did say no bread goes on the egg grill but there are menu items with potatoes and other potentially gluten containing items for omelets.
Ate at the new location with my daughter. The waitress had a daughter as well with celiac disease and said the grill would be cleaned and they had a separate toaster. From reading the other reviews, I wonder if we had a better experience because of an understanding waitress and/or the new, bigger location can accommodate for a separate grill space?
The menu says gluten free but there was literally nothing I could get. Waffles French toast and pancakes all made in shared surfaces and they said they couldn’t even make a GF item on a separate cleaned corner of the grill. As a bonus they told me I couldn’t eat something Gf I’d brought while the rest of my family ate. So I stood outside and ate alone. Pretty awful customer service...
Victim to shared work place. The food was wonderful and staff was great. Waking up at 3 and getting sick all day was not.
They have "gluten free mix" but cook everything on the same grill without cleaning it. BEWARE!
NO STARS!!! They have no dedicated GF surfaces -- not the grill, not the waffle maker, NOTHING IS SAFE FOR CELIACS!!!
So excited this place is under new management who knows how to make GF Pancakes and waffles! Designated space and griddle!!!!!! GF SAFE!!!!!
