Our server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac and asked the chef multiple questions to confirm what was safe for me. The service and setting were wonderful. And the trout was amazing. I wish I had time to eat here again on this visit!

We had breakfast here. Waiter completely ‘got it’ and walked us through each item that was safe. He also knew the potatoes needed to be cooked separately and said they had a separate pan and way of preparing those to go with the GF egg sandwich.
