The manager Tori was amazing!! Walked us through a separate gluten free menu which listed all possible routes of cross contamination and celiac-safe substitutions! In the end Tori also suggested the chef can prepare a special celiac-safe dish which was the local catch with greens and shishito peppers! Mango custard for dessert! The Osprey was an amazing experience and felt very safe for celiacs!
