Cauliflower crust pizza! Each pizza is made on a clean tray, cooked through a pizza oven, then transferred to a clean wood board for serving. They share the same pizza cutter on all pizzas so be sure to let your server know about your allergy and ask for a new pizza cutter for your gluten free pizza. It truly is the best gluten free pizza in Frisco.
