What great vibes! This place is cozy and yet expansive, with a warm fireplace and friendly staff.

The place is new, so they’re still working out a few kinks, but I really appreciate the effort and welcoming attitude. When I came for dinner, they were keen to explain how things were cooked so I could make an informed decision about allergens. Unfortunately they don’t have a gluten free menu or available allergen matrix (yet! I hope they put one together), but nevertheless they were able to help me find a gluten free and coeliac safe dinner option.

I had the chicken and it was excellent! It was cooked on a grill over flame in a clean cage, so cc seemed unlikely (but couldn’t be ruled out).

Fries were cooked in the vegetarian fryer, which at the time I went was gf as only fries and padrón peppers were cooked in it. However I’d double check as this may change.

I really hope they tighten up the allergen labeling (there isn’t any) as the food was really good.
