An excellent little family owned restaurant! The gluten free pancakes are really good and the proportions are pretty generous.
The service was, also, excellent! Our waitress let us know that they take as many precautions as possible with gluten allergies. They cook the gluten free pancakes on the griddle they use for the meat. The owner even came up and assured us they do everything possible, including washing utensils and changing gloves, to be safe, even going as far as showing us the mix he uses. He let us know that his wife has celiac.
Overall, I'm confident that this place is safe to eat at, has great tasting food, and has friendly staff!
