I’ve eaten here multiple times and never been glutened. The staff have consistently been knowledgeable and kind. Each time, the staff let me know that the red Chimayo chile is gluten-free. It’s also amazingly delicious! Most of their savory breakfast options are naturally GF with the Chimayo chile. The pancakes and French toast are cooked on another grill. I’ve also had the enchiladas which are very good. The staff were happy to check the ingredients if I have questions. Great food and great service.
