Definitely ask the sever to confirm that menu items are GF, even if they are listed as such. My chicken said GF so I didn’t ask, and then realized that what I was eating had a gravy. I’m learning that I need to ask just to be safe, but it would be nice to be able to trust things that state they are GF. The restaurant did a lot to compensate for the mistake and said they recently changed the menu and hadn’t updated the items, however I’ve been so sick since.
