Review of The Parlour

Really great gluten-free pizza! Items online are denoted as gluten-free however the menu in-house is not. Pizzas can be made with gluten-free crust and some of the appetizers were gluten-free as well. When I told the waitress I was celiac she was knowledgeable and checked to make sure the appetizers we were ordering were gluten-free. The pizzas were brought out by the manager. I was told the head chef was made aware that they were for someone with celiac and were cooked in a separate oven. Overall a great experience and delicious pizza!
