Amazing food, no reactions. Items are marked on menu for gluten free. Waitress was knowledgeable about menu and gluten free. Handcut French fries were gluten free and tasted good. My son and husband got gluten free blackened salmon sandwiches, very good. Also have gluten free soups and a dessert.

Staff are very knowledgeable. There is even a server who has Celiac so I feel safe going here. Never had a bad meal and I've never gotten sick. Save room for the flourless brownie with sea salt caramel gelato!
Server and cooks very knowledgeable, gluten free buns, fries done in their own frier!! Food was delicious and the drinks are fun and yummie! Highly suggest
My husband and I came to Vermillion for vacation in August 2022. Based on the most recent reviews, we called to place an order for pickup. Sadly, the gf fryer was out of order so we never got to eat here as the biggest draw was the fries component of the meals we had in mind.
Amazing place. Have a GF fryer in the back. They do not cross anything I'm the back. The manager understands it bc she has it also. One of the best places in town
The Pavilion was amazing. I had the best BLT wrap I’ve ever had. My waitress there, I forget her name, has celiac and was super understanding.

great food but when we went yesterday their gf fryer was broken so make sure to check! got the philly steakhouse wrap and it was good enough that i had to double check it was actually gf :)
The staff is very accommodating. Food is amazing. Almost anything on the menu can be made GF. Separate fryers for GF. Amazing food and service. Cant say enough good things.
Our server was sososoo sweet and knowledgeable. They have almost everything on their menu available in gluten free. They also have a separate GF fryer and batter available. And an amazing flourless chocolate cake! 10/10

Very knowledgeable staff as one of their staff members has Celiac and the owner and chefs are amazing. They have a dedicated fryer and a long list of gluten free options. The chef keeps gluten free flour in the kitchen to be able to make as many options as possible safely.
