The Penny Bun

Went to the Penny Bun for lunch. It's more a gastro pub and it has a lunch menu and dinner menu

I had the gluten free fish pie with a side of greens and potted shrimp

For dessert I had the rhubarb trifle ( forget any notions of rhubarb out of a tin) this was sweet and delicious and much better option than ice-cream

Have had no reactions and they have a menu with allergens clearly marked .

Plenty of parking and it's been open just a few months

Not open Monday or Tuesday yet

But a very nice lunch. Not too expensive either. Expect to pay about 40-50 per person maximum more if you have wine and drinks
