The Perch has “gluten friendly” options listed on their menu. However, when I asked the server if the tater tots (labeled gluten friendly) were gf, he said they’re cooked in the same fryer as gluten items. So what’s the point of labeling them?
I ended up getting the bbq chicken pizza with cauliflower crust, but once I received it, realized that the chicken was deep fried. I appreciate that the server tried, but you definitely will need to watch out for yourself if you here.
