I went here on the eve of my birthday. I am Coeliac and explained to the staff multiple times that I cannot eat gluten. They seemed to understand and offered me a gluten free bun when i ordered their burger. The meal was lovely, albeit the bun very dry, yet i was severely ill in the following hours. No doubt that I was glutened even though they strongly deny it.

Went for the Sunday carvery and could have everything bar Yorkshire puddings. I'm gluten, dairy and egg free so this was a treat! Separate tongs for each food. Yorkshire puds were touching potatoes due to overspill so I made sure I took the ones furthest from the Yorkshire! Risk of contamination with public helping themselves but I didn't get sick and I'm very reactive. They even have a gluten and dairy free chocolate orange torte for pudding with coconut icecream. Previous visits have been hit and miss, some nights staff can't do enough and have gf bread in other nights I've been told there's nothing for me to eat.
