Review of The Pfunky Griddle

Well I have to agree the atmosphere is less than desirable. Indeed it is Celiac friendly. I had a special griddle and I made gluten free French toast. I was though very uncomfortable because we were seated out on an enclosed porch and the griddles built into the tables throw off a lot of heat on a hot summer day. The French toast though was very good as was the sausage. Not sure I would be a repeat customer because it wasn't aesthetically appealing. Glad I tried it though. My husband had his once a year on vacation sausage biscuits and gravy which he thought were very good. Looked like the kids (and there were a ton of them) had fun making their own pancakes.
