Review of The Pfunky Griddle

Such a cute little place. I visited the one in Nashville. Not only was the atmosphere great, so were the make your own pancakes. They have separate griddles, gluten free batter, and gluten free bread, so you can make your own French Toast, too. When I ordered a hot cocoa, the barista showed me the packet and asked about it since it said, may contain wheat. Because I’m a celiac, I turned it down. Then she asked if I’d like her to make the hot chocolate with Hershey’s syrup, which is gluten free. It always feels so nice when someone goes a little above and beyond.
