Review of The Pfunky Griddle

There is a sign at the hostess counter asking that you make allergies known up front. Because the griddles are built in to the table, I was concerned. However, they gave us a table that had a portable griddle on top. The portable griddle is used for those with celiac. My whole family ordered the gf pancakes to avoid contamination as all pancakes are cooked together. I heard the wait staff tell someone else that they do also thoroughly clean the table griddles between uses, but they would be glad to give him a designated portable one if he wasn't comfortable with the one there. The pancakes are all you can eat and are good. Toppings are .95 each.
