Review of The Pfunky Griddle

The food was phenomenal! The wait staff were very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. I can honestly say that they have the best GF pancake batter I have had, I had to question the sever because the taste and texture was exactly like eating regular gluten pancakes. This place is highly recommended, and the next time I am in Nashville I will plan on coming here.
