Review of The Pickled Wrinkle

NOT CELIAC SAFE. THIS IS A SHARED FRYER WITH CHEESE CURDS THAT ARE PRE BREADED WITH GLUTEN. DO NOT LISTEN TO OTHER REVIEWERS. I SPOKE DIRECTLY TO THE KITCHEN AND MANAGEMENT. I also watched them flip burgers with the same spatula for buns so no beef was safe either. GF buns are steamed on same bun grill. No separate pans are used. The chef said pretty much everything would be contaminated as their kitchen is so tiny. Again-THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR CELIAC. This is so frustrating to drive 45 mins to find out they are not safe.
