Updating this as of 9/2022 to say that I’m now even more impressed by this place after trying their breakfast frittata sandwich with GF bread. I came into town for a music festival and ended up eating here for every meal (grabbed a sandwich for later because I wasn’t sure what options the festival would have). My friends had the breakfast burrito on Saturday and we all enjoyed the food so much that we voted to come back for breakfast on Sunday.

FYI when you order a GF sandwich they actually give you two since the bread is smaller.

Original review: I’ve been here twice now when visiting Santa Cruz. Very impressed! While they don’t have GF bread listed on the menu, you can ask for it and tell them you have an “allergy” so they’ll take extra care. The sandwiches are TASTY. They also have GF chips available at the register. The only thing missing is a hard cider or seltzer (although they have wine). PS it’s right on the beach, for perfect Santa Cruz vibes.
