Be very careful here. When we got there, I requested a gluten free menu. First thing I said before we ordered was we are entirely gluten free. She said got it. We proceeded to order baby back ribs, brisket, smoked sausage, smoked chicken, and pulled pork, we got green beans, and corn ( we had to ask to make sure it was gluten free, and the pit master said it was), and mango slaw. At the end I made sure to check that they knew it was an entirely gluten free order. She said yes ma'am I got. When the food came out all 4 meals had a slice of bread on top. Ooofff. When I said or order was supposed to be gluten free and we can't have any of that, she said no problem we'll just take the bread off. I said oh no. I'll go with you and talk to a manager please. When I got to the counter, the manager seemed surprised that we were gluten free. Leading me to believe that the lady taking our order didn't mention it was gluten free. They also said we'll make sure to change our gloves. Honestly I wanted to leave. But my family was starving and we had already paid over $100 for our meal. When our food came out it was wrong I didn't order smoked chicken and we didn't recieve the mango slaw. But I went with it because I didn't want to waste more time. That was a mistake the chicken was dry and not very tasty. The brisket was amazing though. Probably the best I've ever had. The ribs were meh, the sausage and pulled pork were good though. So just be very careful.
