I have Celiac Disease. The Pines was suggested for a group lunch today, I was so happy to hear they offer a cauliflower pizza crust and a gluten free bun. I was advised what to stay away from on the menu, as they use a shared fryer. So, my group split a cauliflower crust pizza as an appetizer (It was delicious!), and I had a turkey and cheese melt on a gluten free bun with a salad for my meal. Nothing about these gluten free items was listed on the menu, but I'm glad we checked before writing them off as a place I couldn't go. The food was so good, and I wasn't sick from gluten contamination. I'll definitely visit here again!
