The Pink Cabana

Less than average gluten-free experience. They claim to have “gluten free” options but they need to alter it to say gluten-friendly. No dedicated toaster, no dedicated fryer so even though they claim gluten free calamari, it’s not. The waiter has been “gluten free” for 10 years but was not very knowledgeable about Celiac or the requirements, except telling me I couldn’t have the calamari because it shared a fryer. I had a delicious chicken dish but was skeptical the whole meal. Not impressed with their half-hearted attempt catering only to fad dieters…
