The Pink Cow is a Mexican restaurant with options for gluten-free ‘naked’ burritos and enchiladas. They are gluten-free because the ingredients are served on rice instead of in a flour tortilla. They also have vegetarian and vegan options, with the option to adjust dishes to make them vegan/vegetarian if they aren’t already. I ordered the naked pork carnitas burrito. It came with Spanish rice, a salad, pork carnitas, black beans, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. The rice was well seasoned and the salad had a nice basic vinaigrette. The pork was tender with a hint of spice, and the beans, guacamole, and salsa went well together. My only issue is that for nearly 1800円, they don’t give you that much meat. The food was good enough that I’ll come back despite that one issue.

Service was fast - I went around 8:30 on a Wednesday night and was seated immediately despite Google saying it was at peak rush. It’s a small space, only enough seats for 15 people or so. Menus all had English and the waitress was a native English speaker.
