Wow! This spot was an unexpected lottery win based on where we were. I was planning on eating some lettuce when we stopped…. The server knew exactly what gf was and what was involved. He asked if we were celiac or just gluten intolerant. He assured us that the kitchen is very careful. Then he listed the two or three things that were not gf on the menu. We had soooo many choices. The three in my family ate delicious homestyle meals. It was so delicious and reliable that we went back the next day. What a gem for celiacs like us!!!

We ate Thanksgiving dinner here. Called kitchen ahead of time. Shaun was proactive in checking on ingredients and prepared flan with Carmel sauce for dessert. Lovely large portion with turkey, mashed potatoes, roasted squash, homemade cranberry sauce. Great service.

Although they don’t have a dedicated gluten feee menu, several items were gluten free. The flatiron steak was delicious. The servers were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Tired after a long day of travel, we checked with the host/server when checking in at the Capitol Reef Resort. Extremely knowledgeable about the GF options so we gave it a shot. Hubby tried the pork…a Mexican style we were unfamiliar with…he absolutely raved about how delicious it was. Lots of other options on the menu. Stayed healthy. Loved it!
