I contacted The Pit BBQ thru FaceBook and received a quick reply back: all of their meats are gluten free (sauces are always served on the side & they said the sauces are not GF- which tells me they know what GF is?!). They also serve baked potatoes; (I haven't asked about anything other than the meats: "We only use salt, pepper, & paprika" was the reply re: meats). I sampled the brisket, turkey, & the ribs- all were fantastic! Also: the brisket has the option whether you want it with all the marbling/fat or without- I chose without & it was still moist! They also have a drive-thru window (with a real person that handles the orders.)
