We placed a takeaway order online and specified coeliac disease in the comments on the gf pizza. Unfortunately, when we picked up the order, they realised they had not seen the "coeliac" comment. They demonstrated an understanding of coeliac disease though and explained that the pizza they already made was cross contaminated, but offered to make a fresh, safe pizza. I would trust them in the future, but make sure to phone in the order for clear communication. Also, the pizza was delicious!
