The Pizza Library

For coeliac we do the following: Wash mat, cutter & paddle thoroughly Then we prepare the pizza using gloves and baking paper underneath then we run it through the oven and cut the pizza with the dedicated clean cutter and paddle. If dining in we also wash the tray pizza is going into. You just have to let us know your coeliac so we go through our process. We also have vegan cheese available if need be.
