Review of The Pizza Peel

They have the best gluten-free (and gluten laden) pizza. We will gladly travel the 30-40 min it takes to get here because it’s so good. While I’ve never specifically asked what sort of precautions they take here, my husband has never gotten sick after eating here and he’s very sensitive to gluten. The pizza is baked in its own disposable pan. The service is great too. I’ve heard the vegan cheese is also good but I’ve never personally tried it. If you get the chance, go here.
