They have 3 styles of gluten free crust: GF, Cauliflower, eggplant. GF items are clearly marked on the menu, in cluding what toppings arecand aren't GF. They will substitute toppings on specialty pizzas with GF toppings. Our experience has been mostly positive as my wife and I have ordered take-out several times. We've had a few minor issues with the quality but most of the time, it's been great. My wife is gluten sensitive/intolerant and she has not had any issues with the GF and eggplant crusts. We haven't tried the cauliflower yet.
