The staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable by detailing all the ways that they were able to prepare food to minimize any contamination. Like most non-dedicated places, they did say that they could only mitigate not guarantee avoidance, but I really enjoyed my food and felt fully as though my needs were met. I got the avo toast (minus toast, though they have gf bread) plus 2 scrambled eggs. highly recommend!
