Specialises in slow cooked meat - brisket, pork ribs over open fire, some smoked. Complex includes restaurant, drive through coffee and butcher /groceries (the paddock butchery) and a bar. Very good understanding of needs of coeliac guest and lots of sage options. All crumbs used in butchers are gf. Lovely owners, great atmosphere - a must if you are in toowoomba.
