Very helpful- kitchen was able to ensure the steak sandwich was made coeliac-friendly; and because they explained that they couldn’t guarantee the safety of the chips (from an external provider), they substituted these for veggies. Not a huge GF range, but no ill effects from eating there. Taste was fine.
