My husband and I were in the area and wanted to go out to eat. We went in and I explained that I have celiac and am highly sensitive to the waitress. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a dedicated fryer. I ordered the fish with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. It was very good. I will definitely go there again when in the area.

I had the fish tacos. They are marked gluten free on their menu. I still made sure they knew I had a gluten allergy and not only were the tacos AMAZING! I didn’t get sick and I felt very safe eating here.

I had a fantastic experience at The Point! A couple of bad reviews of the Medford location had me a little nervous but my experience was 10/10! The server was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and walked me through the kitchen’s process for avoiding cross-contamination. She explained that a celiac customer gets a BIG WARNING sent to the kitchen - they even have a separate air fryer for celiac customers. At one point she brought out the packet of seasonings they put in their ranch dressing for me to double-check it. 🥹 Meal was great!
