Corn and wheat kept separate. All corn items are made in the kitchen and wheat items are prepared and fried in the taco truck in the dining area. I ordered guacamole with tostadas, been dip, and queso with fresh homemade chips. The guac was made upon ordering, so fresh! My son ordered street tacos which he claims are the best he's ever had. The owner was working the bar and very knowledgeable about gluten. The server was clueless about gluten but that may have been a language barrier.
