I have been here a few times for the coffee and gluten free baked goods (muffins, coffe cakes, etc.). They have always been very good, and I've never had an issue afterwards. I tried lunch there for the first time yesterday. I had an amazing kimchi fried rice with chicken. It was the best fried rice I've had since being diagnosed. I am always nervous trying new places, and they gave the normal "shared prep environment" cautions. In the end, no issues after eating the fried rice, so I am pretty confident they are doing good work in the back. I will DEFINITELY be back to try some more of this great food.

So they tout lots of gf options (premade) but nothing except one salad is gf on the menu.
We waited 30 min for a salad while coffee drinks were made for the 6 people who came in after us. The one salad I could eat was good but not worth the price or the wait.
I didn’t have the gf food but they had quiche and oats and muffins and things of that nature. The coffee was 100% yum!
