IT'S ALL GLUTEN FREE! They are fully gluten free and celiac safe. Our first visit we tried the Gatherer, The Halfling, and The Primitive and loved them all. The kids meals are half a waffle sandwich with carrot sticks and a pickle slice. We will be going back soon and hope they start to make their baked goods gf as well. Great addition to the town of Parowan! *updated we've tried them all and enjoy their specials when they're available as well from chili and waffle cornbread to grilled cheese wafflewiches to salads and smoothies.

Updated April 2024: Still the absolute best and safest place for Celiacs to eat in southern Utah hands-down! Aside from being super friendly and willing to go out of their way to create magic, their menu just keeps expanding! Sometimes they offer special dinners (like smashburgers) that are unbelievable, plus they have some super breakfasts like fruit waffles and you can add eggs and bacon. Thry offer vegan waffles too, as well as a garlic and an everything seasoning waffle that are great for their waffle sandwiches YUMMM!

We are now a fully gluten-free kitchen!! We were only using wheat flour for 2 days during grand opening, but after an overwhelming response for strictly gluten-free, we are proud to be a wheat free safe kitchen!

Whoa. So good! Good, clean ingredients. Waffles made with almond flour. My kids and husband all loved it. Love that the kids junior wafflewich came with fruit or veggies as a side! The hunter sandwich and the sunrise sandwich were amazing. Also, the scones and cookies were so so good. Definitely stopping there again! Great customer service as well!

This was our first dedicated gluten free experience. Such a cute mom and pop location. They even have toys for the kids. The decor is so cozy.

This is a dedicated gluten free facility (hard to find in southern utah). Everything is made with almond flour and there are vegan/dairy free options as well. They have traditional waffles as well as waffle sandwiches , smoothies, hot chocolate (with dairy free options), and baked goods. EVERYTHING IS SOOOO GOOD. The owner is so nice. They have weird days/hours (thursday-sunday 8 am to 3 PM), so be forewarned of that.

Delicious!!! I had the Tuscany Sun with fruit. My son had the Mother Town. Both were Amazing. 100% worth the stop and the drive from anywhere.

I couldn’t believe there was a dedicated gf restaurant here! The food was amazing, even my non gf husband liked it. The waffles were the perfect texture. I got the everything waffle on my sandwich and it was super tasty. I wish I lived closer!

Wow. Great waffles! I would say they are the perfect size and thickness to make the sandwiches. We tried the sunrise and Tuscan sun. Very good and we suggest the watermelon cucumber salad as the side. Such nice people too! And it's all safe

Wow the food, the atmosphere and the attention to detail in all areas was superb!! Loved everything about this quaint little restaurant and the staff!! Highly recommend! This place is awesome!!! This is the best sandwich I’ve had since I got my diagnosis. The sandwiches are so good! I’m also allergic to eggs and they were super accommodating. If you call ahead they will have vegan waffle batter on hand. I called ahead and they had vegan waffles, soup and muffins available. It’s a dedicated GF facility so I felt super safe eating there. Fun atmosphere. Great staff-very knowledgeable and understanding of my egg allergy. Will stop by every time I’m on my way to the Shakespeare Festival!

I was really excited to try this place but unfortunately they were inexplicably closed despite everything on their website and voicemail saying they should have been open. It was very disappointing.

Great experience. The food was so incredible! We have been eating gluten free for eight years now for celiac and this was perfect. Dedicated gf and absolutely amazing taste!! We got the Hunter on a everything seasoning waffle. Best sandwich I have ever had!!! We ordered two more for the road. Also ordered the french toast, but I think they gave us the cinnamon raisin waffle, but it was still very delicious and I didn’t notice it wasn’t what we ordered until I had eaten half of it. We also got the Gatherer, also delicious. Had a great smoothie too and just ordered some scones. Only driving through on our trip to the national parks, but I wish we could come back! The chef/owner was so nice and came to talk with us multiple times. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend coming if you are in the area.

Was an absolutely amazing experience. Super friendly people, delicious food, and delicious drinks & desserts. Their “Tenacious G” wafflewich was phenomenal. We had another sandwich that was excellent as well! Everything was gluten-free so there was nothing to worry about! If I am ever back in the area, I will make a stop there, no doubt.
