The Prince Cafe is open when the park is open (10 am Atlantic (9 am Eastern) to 6 pm Atlantic (5 pm Eastern)). They have some very tasty gluten free options. I had the chicken salad sandwich on GF bread instead of the regular bun.

The Prince Cafe is located within Roosevelt Campobello International Park, making it ideal for lunch. I was able to get a sandwich on gluten free bread with gf potato chips on the side.
