Almost everything on the menu is/can be made gluten free! It’s very expensive but delicious food. They gave me some GF bread to start, and then I got a New York strip steak with creamed corn and potatoes, and a salmon tataki appetizer. The waiter said his wife had celiac so he was very knowledgeable about everything. He said they use GF flour as a thickener for their creamed corn/spinach/other sides. I ordered a crème brûlée for dessert and it came with GF madelines! So delicious.
